There is no shortage of information out there about buying a home.
You can scroll social media, watch videos, read articles, and still walk away not knowing what actually applies to you. That is where a lot of people get stuck. They want to buy a house, but they are unclear on what they need to do first. They are not sure what needs the most attention, or whether homeownership is even realistic for them right now.
That is exactly why I created the Buyer Challenge.
This challenge is for the person who knows they want more, but has been sitting in uncertainty. It is for the person who has been thinking about buying for a while, but still has not made a real plan. It is for the person who does not want to keep guessing.
Why I Created the Buyer Challenge
Over my last six years in real estate, I have watched the homebuying landscape change constantly.
I have seen how waiting without preparation can cost people opportunities they may have had if they had started getting ready sooner. Waiting without preparation can mean higher home prices, less favorable interest rates, and monthly payments that no longer feel as manageable as they once did.
That is one of the hardest parts for me to watch.
Not because I believe people should rush into buying a home before they are ready, but because I have seen how much can change while people are standing still with no real plan. Homeownership is not getting easier to reach on its own. Preparing matters.
I do believe that what is for you is for you. I believe that fully.
At the same time, I also believe that we can stagnate our blessings by not moving forward. There are moments when the opportunity is there, but we have to be willing to take the next step so we can walk into it. We do not need to have everything figured out on day one, but we do need to be willing to move forward with intention.
That is what this challenge is about.
The Buyer Challenge was created to help you get clear, get prepared, and stop missing opportunities simply because you did not know what to do next.

Why Waiting Without a Plan Can Cost You
Waiting is not always neutral.
The market changes. Interest rates change. Prices change. What felt possible a year ago may look different today, and what feels possible today may shift again later.
That does not mean you should panic. It does mean you should prepare.
When you are getting ready the right way, you give yourself a better chance to recognize opportunities when they come. You give yourself more options. You put yourself in a stronger position than someone who is only watching and hoping things work out later.
Preparation gives you power.
What the Buyer Challenge Is
The Buyer Challenge is a free 9 week experience designed to help you prepare for homeownership in a clear, practical way.
This is not about hype. It is not about pressuring you to buy before you are ready. It is about helping you understand where you are right now, what you need to work on, and what steps can help you move forward with more confidence.
If you have been wanting to buy but still feel stuck, this challenge was built with you in mind.
