While growing up, I loved when my mother cooked salmon croquette and home-style potatoes w/ onions on Saturday morning. As I got older, I often called to ask her to make it. It’s one of my favorite breakfast/brunch meals. Now I give her a break. When I have a taste for salmon croquette, I go straight to Meridian Street Cafe’Â I don’t even try to cook it. It reminds me so much of home. If you haven’t tried them, you must check them out. They have a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. If you are needing a little something extra, they even have a full bar.
