Why
Bellevue, TN

Bellevue is a quiet, scenic suburb just about 20 minutes southwest of downtown Nashville. It’s known for its rolling hills, parks, and family-friendly neighborhoods, but still offers quick access to city life via I-40.

People are drawn to Bellevue for the space, nature, and value. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, looking for more room, or wanting to stay close to the city without the noise, Bellevue strikes a great balance.

Over the past few years, it’s grown into one of the most convenient areas on Nashville’s west side, with new developments, local restaurants, and shopping options all right around the corner.

  • Zip Codes– 37221
  • County– Davidson County
  • Distance to Downtown Nashville– 15 Miles

Local Attraction

One of Bellevue’s biggest draws is its access to some of the best parks in the Nashville area. Percy Warner Park and Edwin Warner Park are part of the Warner Parks system—offering over 3,000 acres of hiking trails, scenic overlooks, picnic areas, and nature programs. It’s a favorite spot for weekend hikes, family walks, and outdoor fitness. You’ll also find the Warner Parks Nature Center, which hosts educational events and interactive exhibits for all ages. Closer to the heart of Bellevue, Red Caboose Park is a great local spot with a playground, walking trail, and community events throughout the year.

Local Favorites

  • One Bellevue Place – A shopping and entertainment hub with retail, dining, and a community green space.
  • Red Bicycle Coffee & Crepes – Great coffee, crepes, and a cozy vibe.
  • The Loveless Café – A Nashville landmark just outside Bellevue, known for its biscuits and Southern comfort food.
