The indoor facilities include a full-size gymnasium, a cardio/weight room, an aerobics room, and a game room. The center also has a meeting room that can be rented for parties or other events.
The Donelson-Hermitage Family YMCA is available for families and individuals with a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, weight room, group exercise classes, and more.
Fifty Forward Donelson Station is a recreation center for adults age 50 and over. The center has an indoor walking track, an exercise room, a game room, a library, and meeting rooms that can be rented for parties or other events. The center also has a cafe’ where members can enjoy a cup of coffee or lunch.
Fifty Forward Donelson Station is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30pm.
