Yoga to Restore: Thursdays 10:30am – 11:30am October 19 – November 30 (no class 11/23)

Introduction to yoga movements, breath, and meditation for brand new yoga beginners that meets each person where they are. Gentle movements, breath, and visualizations are some of the tools that will be easy to extract and implement at different times during daily life when relief is needed.
