LIT & FIT YOGA
Rise and shine on Sunday mornings to get your body moving ! This 60-minute guided yoga practice will challenge your strength, flexibility, balance, and mind.
- Receive a complimentary mimosa, cold brew, or tea after class!
- Classes are open to all levels.
- Bring a mat. If you don’t have one or forget, no worries! Mats are available to borrow.
- Doors open at 9:15 AM.
- Class begins promptly at 9:30 AM.
- Space is limited. Maximum capacity is 16 people.
- Class will be outside class, weather permitting, or inside on the Flamingo Club dance floor if it is cold or raining.
