Hand-made Pasta Cooking Experience

Learn to make pasta by hand, Chef Vincent Ferrara brings his Italian roots and love for pasta front and center. Join him and learn how to make pasta from start to finish. This event is totally hands on, flour and eggs will be your friend that day. Chef will walk you through unique pasta creations throughout the event. You will make stuffed ravioli and 2 other types of pasta. Bite-size appetizer creations will be provided during the event and the bar will be open. All you have to do is show up, have opposable thumbs, and a thirst for knowledge and food.
