FREE SoBro Rooftop Yoga – Namastay for brunch!
The Fit Syndicate: Nashville will be hosting a FREE yoga class for the city on Saturday mornings at 10 am on the rooftop of City Tap Nashville. City Tap will open the bar following the class, so you can refresh with a cocktail and apps afterwards, or go downstairs and enjoy an incredible brunch. Just register in advance and bring your yoga mat, and we’ll see you there! All levels are welcome.
