Berry Hill is the smallest in both size and population of Metro Nashville’s six satellite cities. Berry Hill is less than one square mile in area. It’s hard to believe that in 2010 it had a population of less than 600 residents.  With the rapid growth in Nashville,  Berry Hill also increased in population with the addition of multifamily homes, town-homes and mixed-use development properties. Berry Hill has been the home to a thriving music industry community, including about 40 recording studios and music publishers.
