If you haven’t driven down Cane Ridge Parkway lately, Century Farms looks a lot different than it did a year ago. The 300-acre development off I-24 in Antioch, anchored by Tanger Outlets Nashville, has added a big new entertainment venue, a run of popular restaurants and a new hotel, with a Target on the way.
Here’s my local rundown of what has opened, what’s new at Tanger, and what’s still coming to Century Farms and the nearby Hickory Hollow Parkway area in Antioch, TN 37013.
What Opened at Century Farms This Past Year
PopStroke Nashville
Tiger Woods’ golf entertainment concept, PopStroke Nashville, opened at 4221 Century Farms Terrace on Dec. 28, 2025. It has three 18-hole putting courses (two indoor, one outdoor), the BarTenders restaurant, an ice cream parlor, a rooftop bar, outdoor games and a playground.
It’s open year-round, so it works for a rainy Saturday as well as a summer night. Check PopStroke’s Nashville page for current hours and pricing.
In-N-Out Burger
Yes, it’s really here. In-N-Out Burger opened one of its first two Tennessee restaurants at 4242 Century Farms Terrace on Dec. 10, 2025, across from Tanger. It has a drive-thru, indoor seating and a covered patio.
CAVA
CAVA, the Mediterranean fast-casual favorite, opened in December 2025 at 4230 Century Farms Terrace, Suite 107. Think build-your-own bowls and pitas, dips and dressings. It’s an easy weeknight pickup.
Texas Roadhouse
Texas Roadhouse opened in early 2026 at 3017 Century Farms Circle, giving Century Farms a sit-down steakhouse option. Check the Antioch location page for hours and call-ahead seating.
Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Southeast Century Farms
The Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Southeast Century Farms opened Sept. 1, 2026, at 3001 Century Farms Circle. The seven-story hotel has 180 rooms and suites, an indoor pool, The Kitchen + Bar and more than 1,500 square feet of meeting space.
It’s a handy option when out-of-town family or friends come to visit.
Already Part of the Mix
These newer spots join Whataburger, Chick-fil-A and First Watch in the development, plus HCA Healthcare’s TriStar Century Farms ER, a freestanding emergency room, and the Nashville SC team headquarters.
What’s New at Tanger Outlets Nashville
Tanger Outlets Nashville, at 4060 Cane Ridge Parkway, is the open-air outlet center that opened in 2023, and it keeps adding tenants. Two of the newest:
- Pixel Planet Arcade opened in January 2026 in Unit 421. It has more than 25 games, premium pinball, token play and a prize counter, and it follows mall hours.
- Fragrance Outlet opened in April 2026 with designer and niche perfumes, colognes and gift sets.
They join other recent additions now in Tanger’s store directory, including Kate Spade New York, Johnston & Murphy, Buckle, HEYDUDE and Toys”R”Us. For a snack break, Prince’s Hot Chicken and Shake Shack are on site. See the full list on the Tanger Nashville store directory.
Coming Soon to Century Farms
Target
This is the one I get asked about most. Target bought its 1000 Century Farms Circle site, next to Texas Roadhouse, for $11.2 million in May 2026. Plans filed with Metro call for a store of about 147,000 square feet with a surface parking lot.
The project keeps moving. In September 2026, the Metro Council approved a resolution to accept the new public sewer lines for the site. Target hasn’t announced an opening date yet, so treat any date you see online with caution until the company confirms it.
Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites by Hilton
A 190-room dual-brand Hilton hotel is under construction at 3031 Century Farms Circle, close to the Drury. It will have 98 Hampton Inn rooms and 92 extended-stay Home2 Suites. At its July 2025 groundbreaking, the developer said it expected to open in fall 2026. I haven’t seen a confirmed opening date yet, so check back.
Nearby on Hickory Hollow Parkway
Pan-Asia Supermarket
Just up I-24 from Century Farms, Pan-Asia Supermarket opened Feb. 6, 2026, at 5255 Hickory Hollow Parkway. It’s the largest Asian grocery store in the Nashville area, with more than 10,000 products, a seafood counter, a sushi chef, a boba counter and a food court.
It’s also the first phase of a planned mixed-use development that is expected to add restaurants, retail and an event space. The developers estimate the full buildout will be finished in 2027.
While you’re on the parkway, the Ford Ice Center Antioch at 5264 Hickory Hollow Parkway offers public skating, lessons and hockey on two rinks.
Why It Matters If You’re House Hunting
For buyers, new shops and restaurants mean more errands, dinners and weekend plans within a short drive. And the Target project shows that national retailers are still investing in this part of southeast Nashville.
Every street and subdivision in 37013 is different, though. Commute routes, HOA rules, school zones and price points can change within a mile. That’s where a local agent helps.
