My word for 2025 was Elevate, and I’ve been blessed to do just that. After 6 years of helping clients as a real estate agent, I am now dual-licensed as a Mortgage Loan Officer in Tennessee, NMLS# 2602244.
If you’ve ever worked with me, you know I love helping my clients fully understand the home buying process and prepare for homeownership. Over the years, I’ve asked the extra questions to be sure my clients, especially first-time buyers, were ready for each step. Sometimes that meant learning about credit. Other times it meant connecting them with Operation HOPE or giving them a clear picture of what’s ahead. I’ve always taken pride in being THAT guide.

Why Lending Matters
Early in my career, I realized that referring clients to one lender wasn’t always enough. If that lender couldn’t help, some clients moved on to another agent who could. That experience showed me the importance of knowing a variety of programs and loan options. I never wanted my clients to feel stuck or have to start over.
Last year, I was introduced to the NAF REALs program with New American Funding. I didn’t move forward right away. I prayed about it and reflected on whether it was truly the right step. In July of this year, I felt a strong push from God to finish what I started. In August, I enrolled in an in-person class. I completed it, scheduled my exam the next week, and passed. Praise God.
Stronger Together
Now, I am partnering with Robin Harris and the team at New American Funding. Robin brings incredible knowledge and experience. I am grateful to work alongside her. At the same time, I will continue working with the trusted lending partners I’ve built relationships with over the years. My role isn’t to push one option. It’s to help you find the program that fits your needs best.
What This Means for You
This step doesn’t replace what I do as a real estate agent. It expands it. By being dual-licensed, I can give my clients more clarity and more confidence. I can also provide stronger support on both the real estate and lending side. My mission is the same: to keep your journey simple, supported, and stress-free.
